Established in 1935, the Canton Museum of Art has a rich tradition of bringing local and national fine arts to the city. Recent exhibits include "Contemporary Ohio Ceramics," and "In Search of Motion," a display of the works of sculptor John Cavanaugh. The museum lies in the downtown area, a few blocks southwest of Brians Park.
